The Savior for Punjab Kings - Shashank Singh

Shashank Singh did what seemed impossible. The batter took the PBKS’ trembling boat out of the Gujarat Titans’ hailstorm and landed safely on the shore.

The current season of the Indian Premier League is entirely different from the previous ones. Teams are scoring 200 runs like it's a cup of tea for them. Literally, the T20 scoreboard is slowly transforming into that of an ODI.

The last contest - GT vs PBKS 2024 was just another epitome of the finest T20 cricket. This match was nerve-wracking and kept us all hooked to the seats.

With a great batting performance in the match against Punjab Kings, Shubman Gill reaches the fourth place and Sai Sudharsan reaches the fifth spot for getting the orange cap.

Winners always get the limelight, and Punjab Kings defeated Gujarat Titans at their home ground by (3) wickets. After the fall of Prabhsimran’s wicket, the chances for Punjab to win the match dropped down.

Until, the saviour, Punjab’s last resort, Shashank Singh took the charge.

With an impressive strike rate of (210.34), Shashank scored (61) runs off (29) balls which made him the ‘Player of the Match.’
