RCB W established their mark by defeating Mumbai Indians W in the semi-finals. The team created history by the final.
Just like any other Captain would do, Meg decided to bat first. The decision is justifiable as the pitch condition favors the batters.

The team lost only (2) wickets - Smriti and Sophie, both scored (31 off 39) and (32 off 27) respectively. Ellyse and Richa stood till the last run, scoring (35) and (17) runs respectively.
In the (19.3) over, RCB W finished the game and won the WPL 2024 Final by (8) wickets.
