“Haris Rauf is fully fit and bowling well in the nets. It would have been nice if he had gotten an outing at Headingley, but we remain confident that he will continue to maintain an upward trajectory in the upcoming matches, as he will have an important role to play along with other strike bowlers in the T20 World Cup.”
Pakistan’s bowling has always been their strong point. To boost this side, pacer Haris Rauf has been included in the squad after recovery from injury. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Usman Khan are another promising duo, adding a lot of sharpness to the bowling.
Pakistan is placed in Group A along with India, Ireland, Canada, and co-hosts USA. Pakistan is playing its first match against the United States of America on 6th June at the Grand Prairie Stadium.
