Changes in DC Lineup - Lizaad Williams Replaces Harry Brook
Delhi Capital’s officials are bringing some changes to the team. New update - Lizaaf Williams is replacing Harry Brook in the Indian Premier League 2024.
Delhi Capitals signed South African fast bowler Lizaad Williams on Monday. Williams will replace England's Harry Brook in their team for the rest of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) season.
Williams joins the Capitals for his starting price of Rs 50 lakh. This will be his first season in the IPL. Henry Brook left the Indian Premier League 2024 after his grandmother died in February. DC bought Brook for INR 4 crore.

Lizaad Williams played for South Africa in the ODI World Cup 2023. Williams plays for the Joburg Super Kings in the SA20. He is known for his raw speed. He took (15) wickets in (9) matches in 2024, with an average of (16.53). The best he did was (4/26).
A lot of players who play in the IPL are on his team, like Faf du Plessis (CSK), Sibonelo Makhanya (GT), Romario Shepherd (MI), Moeen Ali (CSK), Nandre Burger (RR), and Gerald Coetzee (MI).
